Welcome to my blog. It varies how regular I write posts here. I sustained a 'Traumatic Acquired Brain Injury', and a six month coma from a 'road traffic accident' whilst cycling, in October 2006. I spent the following 4 years (22-26yrs old), in a combination of hospitals and rehabilitation homes. Now, I have been living independently in Surbiton, England since October 2010. This blog begun life in December 2010, as i realised that there are many people worldwide that i want to share experiences with. I know that, as a wheelchair user, I am obviously not as mobile as i wish, so, use the internet to connect to you. I enjoy letting my thoughts represent through type. I type honestly. As numerous readers, as well as email recipients, will understand, I find typing to be very therapeutic. Thank you :)

For every minus, there is a plus.

So, I have no notes for this post.

It's just a change in me, something in my liberty

I have time to waste on Thursday afternoon, I am sat on the riverside in glorious sunshine.  I write because I want to be free. I am very very free, but I am trapped.  I have felt similarly since ending ‘rehabilitation residency’, progressing and starting to live independently in 2010.

I have been waiting, knowing that I can do no more. Waiting for something good to happen, something life-changing. Now, my regular readers will understand that in order to be real or exist, ‘essences’  equate.

For every minus, there is a plus

I may have to wait my entire life, or it could perhaps be argued that my life ‘pre 14/10/2006’ involved everything that I wanted (it did).

I cannot know where this leaves me, other than with the desire to be ‘good’.

2020, In a world feeling the effects of human greed (never-ending desire for more, more, more), I am utterly bewildered that this despairing recognition has not been felt more widespread.

Britain was never locked down properly, but we all could breath cleaner air, shrubs were allowed to grow, and the entire population began to feel grateful for the most simple things in life.

The problem still exists. No solution has been found. We are far from safe. Don’t believe the ‘truth’. Question everything.

Unfortunately the Tory government did not have the will power to copy other countries, and lock us down properly. Instead, like a fishing net with a tear in it, the audience  were convinced of success, but actually very little was caught.  There is no success, and no winner. You may think that I am crazy, but to experience the positives, you have to experience the negatives. Britain just copied Trump’s America. Clever?

I finish writing this post sat outside an old favourite, local, and a home of the famous French Chef  ‘Eric Guignard’ at The French Table (related cafe ‘The French Tarte’ is next door)!

Don’t think I’m lying, I’m trying,
