I open with a brilliant, educational talk. Everyone will learn from this lecture given by Jacqueline McGlade.
Please do not be put off by the length and depth of this video. Play it, listen to it, and consider what she tells us, that is all that is needed. Let your eyes be opened to what our Earth is crying out for.
The Future Of Our Oceans
Yes, a talk regarding the near dangers
but Ms McGlade also discusses issues by stepping back looking at the bigger picture.
Obsessed?
Sometimes, joy, it’s the unexpected, but...now I can eagerly await.

Many of you may remember that my initial focus was my ‘bathroom products’, trying to attain a piece of my mind by using eco-sustainable products. I altered a lot of things, but soon realised that although toothpaste is an 'essential', all of these used complex, everlasting packaging (hybrid plastic tubing).
I was stuck.
Eventually I sourced an answer! https://www.reco.shop
Chewable tablets are a way of cleaning your mouth, teeth (using a toothbrush as well).
I want to thank ‘Reco’ for offering this solution. Personally, I really, really want this solution to catch on, and become highly popular. It deserves to!
Simple, and effective.
Instructive guidance was supplied in an introductory email…
How to use toothtabs:
1. Take 1 tab and pop it in your mouth.
2. Chew the tab completely until it forms a paste.
3. Wet your toothbrush under the tap and then start brushing as normal.
What to expect:
The main thing you will notice if you're switching from normal toothpaste is that our toothtabs don't foam up as much.
That's because they don't contain the foaming agent SLS, short for Sodium Lauryl Sulphate.
The problem is, SLS is a skin irritant... not something you want in your mouth, so we decided to ditch it altogether.
Just remember, more foam doesn't equal cleaner teeth - correct brushing technique is much more important to keep your pearly whites in tip top condition.

People recycle shower gel and shampoo bottles. Utensils, such as hair combes can be made for sustainable materials. Even toothbrushes, are heading into a more sustainable system (see https://www.livecoco.com )
