Welcome to my blog. I post on this, roughly once a week (it does vary). I sustained a 'Traumatic Acquired Brain Injury', and a six month coma from a 'road traffic accident' whilst cycling, in October 2006. I spent the following 4 years (22-26yrs old), in a combination of hospitals and rehabilitation homes. Now, I have been living independently in Surbiton, England since October 2010. This blog begun life in December 2010, as i realised that there are many people worldwide that i want to share experiences with. I know that, as a wheelchair user, I am obviously not as mobile as i wish, so, use the internet to connect to you. I enjoy letting my thoughts represent through type. I type honestly. As numerous readers, as well as email recipients, will understand, I find typing to be very therapeutic. Thank you :)

Alternatives

 



Step back. Think alternatively.

Remember there are alternatives to everything.

There is always another way.

Patience and you will find it.

Patience.


Your life is a culmination of various pathways. Essentially, each of us have similar starts and all reach the same end.


‘Problems’, are only junctions in your life path that you see as ‘problems’. Open your mind. Allow yourself to view these junctions as openings of further, new, undiscovered pathways. 


Without this junction (or ‘problem’) these new pathways may never be found. The more unique that your pathway is, the greater the speciality, and the more valuable an experience you have to share with  everyone else.


British people are suffering. We are approaching 14 years of having to withstand a Conservative government. They are now humiliating us (yes,  it could be argued that it started under David Cameron losing the Brexit referendum, or many years before). Now Rishi Sunak flies his private jet, across the country, to open new oil fields! He then lied to us, claiming to remain on course for our ecological targets.

Disgusting.
